The hotel is situated right in the heart of Costa Teguise, just 50 yards from the main square. The rooms are comfortable, though the beds are slightly firm, and our stay was near the main pool, bar, and restaurant. The service was excellent, especially towards children, but unfortunately, the hotel seems to be transitioning to accommodate only German guests. The location is lovely for Costa Teguise but lacks a vibrant atmosphere due to the predominance of German-speaking guests. Dining was subpar, leading us to opt for meals at 'The British Cafe' nearby. Despite these downsides, the facilities are well-maintained with a pleasant atmosphere.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were like mini apartments, very clean and comfortable, with a large bedroom, a nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate living area. The service was top-notch, with very friendly staff who were always jolly and helpful. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main square and shops, and the swimming pools were fantastic. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, so we often opted to eat out. Overall, a great value for money with some minor downsides.
